The production website and IDX service may collect cookies, device/browser information, IP address, referring pages, usage activity, and login or saved-search information. The final policy will identify the services actually in use.

Property content will be provided through IDX Broker using data made available under applicable NorthstarMLS and brokerage rules.
- Listing information may change and must not be presented as guaranteed.
- Required listing brokerage and MLS attribution must remain visible.
- Other brokers’ listings must not be described as Team Pauly listings.
- Internet, address, valuation, and other display restrictions must be honored.
- Consumers should verify important information with appropriate professionals.
Third-party services
The finished website may use IDX Broker, maps, analytics, spam prevention, email, hosting, and other services with their own privacy practices. The final policy will name services actually activated at launch.
